The Bel 3-star gîte is south-facing. You will enjoy an independent gîte overlooking the wooded park with different species of trees, a new private swimming pool 6x4x1.20 and the pond: two parking spaces, a large 100m2 terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
Check-in time from 5 p.m. and check-out 10 a.m.
"Bel" is 85m²: includes a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, a bright living room, flat screen TV, lounge and three bedrooms. A bedroom on the ground floor with a 160/200 bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, with en-suite shower room and vvc, then a bedroom upstairs: a crossing part with 2 90/200 beds and a spacious master bedroom with a 140 bed. A shower room and separate WC complete the floor. We expect our guests to take care of the house and leave it in the same condition as they found it. Cleaning must be done, or a cleaning fee may be applied. Rental contract with a deposit and holiday insurance.
Access to the park, swimming pool, bowling alley, ping pong table, games, hammock, swing of the property which are to be shared only with the owners (2 people), for maintenance: the swimming pool and mowing. The swimming pool is cleaned and checked by the owner every day, pool towels are not included in the household linen on request (a regulation is displayed and must be respected for hygiene). A laundromat is on the property (for a fee). Bicycle rental is available (on site). Cycle path 5 minutes away.
Baby equipment on request (included in the reservation).
For more comfort: 5 people and a baby or 6 people including children. If more, a supplement will be requested.
