Gîte DANE 3***

The Dane gîte has a separate entrance and its own private terrace (40m²), garden furniture and barbecue.

Single-story gîte (65m²): with fitted kitchen (without dishwasher), living room, flat-screen TV lounge, 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is closed by a blackout curtain (possibility of adding 2 single beds), bathroom with Italian shower.

Check-in time from 5 p.m. and check-out 10 a.m.

Next to the terrace, you will find relaxation by the swimming pool (6/4) covered and heated to 27°C from May to September (available from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.), an indoor jacuzzi, sun loungers, outdoor shower.

Swimming pool to be shared with the owners (2 people) and two guest rooms (couples or single person). (a regulation is displayed and must be respected for hygiene).
The pool house, ping-pong table and bowling alley (ball provided) molkky, volleyball in the pool Pool towels are not included in the household linen (on request or bring them) The owner cleans the pool every day.

We expect our guests to take care of the cottage and leave it in the same condition as they found it.

Cleaning must be done. Or a cleaning fee may be applied. Rental contract with a deposit.

Bike rental on site, cycle path 5 minutes away.
A laundry room is on the property.
The accommodation is non-smoking inside and by the pool. For your comfort 3 people and 1 baby or 2 people and 2 children, no more than 4. If more a supplement
