Welcome to the 3-star Gîte Bel , a comfortable and independent holiday rental located in a peaceful and natural setting in the Charente region . Facing south, this bright cottage opens onto a large, wooded park of 6000 m² , ideal for relaxing and enjoying a stay with family or friends.

You will be able to enjoy a large private terrace of nearly 100 m² , equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue , perfect for sharing meals outdoors.

The cottage also has a private swimming pool (6m x 4m, 1.20m deep) open from May 1st to September 30th , as well as a pond and two parking spaces.

A spacious, comfortable and air-conditioned cottage (85 m²)

Gîte Bel can comfortably accommodate several people thanks to its three bedrooms and bright spaces.

On the ground floor

• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
• Bright living room with flat screen TV and lounge
• 1 master suite with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, private bathroom with shower and toilet

Upstairs

• Two family rooms
• 1 connecting bedroom with 2 single beds 90 × 200 (or double bed on request)
• 1 master bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm)
• Additional shower room and separate WC

The cottage also has air conditioning and a fibre internet connection with Wi-Fi .

Large park, swimming pool and on-site activities

The cottage provides access to a large wooded park , perfect for relaxing and enjoying numerous activities:

• Private swimming pool, solar shower (mandatory before each swim)
• Petanque court, ping-pong table, outdoor games and swing.
• Hammocks and relaxation areas
• Pond on the property (crayfish fishing possible)

Owners have access to the park for maintenance (mowing, daily pool cleaning).
Rules are posted to ensure hygiene and comfort for everyone.

To make your stay even more enjoyable:

• Bike rental available on site (bike path 5 minutes away)
• Laundry facilities on the property (for a fee)
• Baby equipment included on request : travel cot, high chair, bath, baby bouncer.

Pool towels are not included in the linen (available on request).

• Arrival: from 5pm Departure: 10am

A rental agreement with a security deposit and holiday insurance is drawn up at the time of booking.

The cottage must be left in the same clean condition as when you arrived .
You can do the cleaning yourself or a cleaning package can be offered .
