Gîte Dane – Charming cottage with heated pool in Charente
Welcome to Gîte Dane , a comfortable and independent cottage ideal for a peaceful stay in the Charente region , whether you're a couple, a family, or a group of friends. Located on a charming property, this cottage offers a pleasant setting to relax and enjoy nature.
A comfortable cottage with a private terrace
The cottage has a separate entrance and a large private terrace of 40 m² , equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue , perfect for sharing meals outdoors and enjoying sunny days.
This 65 m² single-storey cottage includes:
- A fully equipped kitchen (without a dishwasher)
- A living room with lounge area and flat screen TV
- Two bedrooms , one of which is closed off by a blackout curtain (possibility of two single beds 90 × 200)
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower
Heated swimming pool and relaxation area
Next to the terrace, you can enjoy a pleasant relaxation area around the pool .
The indoor heated pool (6m x 4m) is open from May to September , from 9:30 am to 8 pm . It features a jacuzzi integrated into the pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower (mandatory).
The swimming pool is shared with the owners (2 people) and the guests of the two guest rooms . (For guests from 5pm)
Rules are posted to ensure hygiene and comfort for everyone. The pool is maintained daily by the owner .
Leisure activities and amenities on the property
To enhance your stay, several activities are available:
- Pool house and relaxation area
- Ping-pong table, outdoor games.
- Boulodrome (boules provided) Mölkky
Pool towels are not included in the linen (please bring your own or request them).
Additional services and equipment
- Bike rental available on site, cycle path 5 minutes away
- Laundry facilities available on the property (for a fee).
- Baby equipment available upon prior request
The accommodation is non-smoking inside and around the pool .
Practical information
- Arrival: from 5pm Departure: 10am
A rental agreement with a security deposit is drawn up at the time of booking.
The cottage must be left in the same clean condition as when you arrived .
You can do the cleaning yourself or a cleaning package can be offered .
